Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all English lessons and lesson packages provided by Confident English with Eszter.
By booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking
Lessons can be booked through Calendly or by email.
Bookings are confirmed once the lesson time has been agreed.

3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Single lessons must be paid before the lesson.
Lesson packages must be paid in full before the first lesson.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, are charged in full.

5. Lesson Duration
Standard lessons are 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
The free trial lesson lasts 30 minutes.

6. Online Lessons
Lessons are held via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working microphone.

7. Learning Materials
All learning materials provided during the lessons are for the student’s personal use only and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Prices
Current lesson prices are available on the Prices page of this website.
Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect lessons or packages that have already been paid for.

9. Liability
Every effort is made to provide high-quality lessons.
However, no guarantee is given regarding specific language learning outcomes, as progress depends on individual participation and practice.

Lesson Packages
Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Unused lessons cannot be refunded after the expiry date.

Children
For students under the age of 18, lessons must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
